I can make some brackets to mount the rear nerf tabs to. And for the most part today i got em lined up pretty good. The front mounts were pretty straight to the engine motor mounts like you mention. This weekend ill work on it some more!

Ok but definitely get the longer motor mount bolts. You will need 2. I believe they are 65-70mm long. I have the same setup with my ac nerfs. I recommend using the long bolts with any nerf bars that line up like that.

In the hole and welded. Not the prettiest but it will be hidden

Also had to drill peg mount holes to fit half inch bolts. Mocked em up on frame with bolts and fit washers in between

And thats how far i am right now. Gonna clean em up and mount nerfs again.!

A lil over kill but strong none the less. You should of beveled the entire face around the nut to fill it then grind flush, instead of the 2 spots. And with those small plug holes, did the weld reach the coupling completly?

I have the tendency to over do things. But id rather not be dealing with broken mounts later on.

I thought about runnin a weld all way around but i figured with 6 spot welds it should be pretty dang good. Yes the welds reached the nut. Ran welder a little hotter and got a good bead in the holes!
