chris_sims1981 Posted October 9, 2015 Report Posted October 9, 2015 I bought a banshee that has a hinson quick clutch. I bought a new cable because it seemed like it was stretched. I adjusted the clutch lever and it doesn't move much and has a bit of free play. I can get it to engage with no issues when I pry on it from the shaft. I was wondering if maybe there is an adjustment on the clutch itself or if there shorter cable I would have to buy? Quote

Set it so that the arrows on the top half of the engine case and tip of the clutch actuator arm are lined up. With 8 plate clutches (you very well could have) they won't line up, so relatively close is fine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
