  1. Hello everyone. Does anybody know where I can get a set of 4 mill long rod 69.95 mm pistons? I've searched all over and have no answers yet
  2. I went to the 2:1 setup and didn't like it so I went back to pj34s and haven't looked back. This engine loves dual carbs and operates better with them imo.
  3. It's not a cover. I noticed it because the clutch case is larger than the one on my other banshee. A friend looked at it and told me what t was when we pulled the cover off.
  4. I bought a banshee that has a hinson quick clutch. I bought a new cable because it seemed like it was stretched. I adjusted the clutch lever and it doesn't move much and has a bit of free play. I can get it to engage with no issues when I pry on it from the shaft. I was wondering if maybe there is an adjustment on the clutch itself or if there shorter cable I would have to buy?
  5. I have a stock cylinder 4 mil with a 65.5 bore. I also have toomy t5s vf reeds. I'm running 21cc domes, a fuel mixture of 24:1 and a single pj34 with a 172 main and I'm not sure on the pilot. I'm at 147ft. What jets will I need properly in mild Virginia weather?
  6. I'm in need of a left side front fender stay brace
  7. I also need the left front fender stay brace if anyone has one
  8. I bought another banshee and the previous owner lost all of the fasteners. I don't want to buy those expensive bolt kits. Does anyone have all of the fasteners for sale?
  9. I need a 2 into 1 intake for 34mm carb setup
  10. Would a stock crank with a 115 rod be a 2 mil stroker?
  11. O cool. I'm trying to put this thing back together, mainly will be a trail bike for now. I'll do the bottom end next year
  12. A banshee that has a stock crank with Yamaha rd400 rods, pj 34 carbs, t5 pipes, vforce 3 reeds, 69.9mm bore and a trinity 4 cool head with 22 cc domes.
  13. the only markings on the crank was 29L and on the rod was YAMAHA on one side and 2T2 C and something else that I couldn't make out
  14. Ok cool, then I was sold the wrong piston like I thought in the beginning
  15. I measured and I got 4 5/8 inches - 2/12 inches which gave me 2 1/8 inches.
  16. How do I measure the stroke? Engine builder said he can tell by the piston pin location to be sure. He will be recieving all my old stuff as well as the new jugs when I recieve them for the rebuild
  17. this is how i measured the crank and its 11 cm
  18. sold the top end kit going with a Young Guns Racing top end build as soon as I recieve the new jugs. Thanks with the help guys!
