Overflow hose (spitting out oil)

After a good run the bike started leaking oil out the hose and would not stop untill it was completely empty. Any guess on what needs to be replaced?

i was told a water pump rebuild kit but ill let you guys chim in

That hose is for trans/clutch case venting. It is possible that you have the rear vent plugged up or that it is getting hot enough to cook the oil.

Tricked, is it possible a crank seal could do this? I know they usually start eatin trans oil though

Possible. Was it blowing smoke out of the right cylinder? And did it keep flowing after it was off? That would lead me to believe it's a heat/vent issue.

The bike was not blowing out any smoke at all whats so ever. I massaged the rear vent hose to make sure their was nothing stuck .

The bike was ridden for about 3min on the street and the oil that was comming out was not hot

It's possible the Crank case is not sealing and pressurizing the gear box. Pop the vent off the rear, not just the hose. Look in the hard plastic part fr trash. If nothing, verify whether or not the crank case is sealed up.

It emptied the entire case . The breather hose stopped leaking oil went back to start the bike and it pushed out the oil more again.

Look right underneath the rear motor mount. There will be a little plastic press in vent port. Inspect all that. Take the hose off. Verify that the little plastic elbow is not clogged.

the crankcase has positive and negative pressure. if there was a leak at the case seam it may pressurize the trans area but once the trans gears churned up the oil it would likely suck in the oil also. which ever side of the crankcase was sucking oil would be smoking. im thinking you have a vent problem. geez its been a while since i looked but isnt there 2 vents that go to a T under the seat or something ?

Yes. One comes off the clutch cover, another off the rear of the motor.
