my stock 02 shee is leaking coolent around the head studs

 

i have changed the headgasket and it still leaks

 

is this just the "NORMAL" kind of crap i will have

 

to live whith as an owner of a shee :angry:

could be a loose stud also, i have seen them work there way out,

and no this is not something that SHOULD happen, but it is a hobby right

hobbies are expensive right. thats why there so much fun lol

no you shouldnt have to deal with lil problems like that. my friend had that problem and it was cuz his head was warped he switched it out for a cool head and hasnt had a problem since.

proper torque? tightened in the proper sequence? try a different head like these guys said,an o ringed head will seal better.

Thanks for the replys i folowed the pattern in my clymer when torquing the head

 

so i think ill check to see if my head is warped

 

if it is warped how much can i shave without making other mods or using race gas

 

i run 92 octane now,

no they are not p o s

 

they can be major pain in the ass.. if its not something then its something else can be tiresome but when it works out and run like a streak of shit it is worth it
