sheerider11 Posted August 11, 2015 Report Posted August 11, 2015 Just get a Hinson basket....better yet, get the complete clutch set. for right around $1700 or so you can have a bulletproof clutch and peace of mind. Do not get a Hinson basket. Get a redline or a mattoon billet anodized. They use a heavy duty bushing/backing plate/bolt. Hinson uses shit ones that warp and break and blow up your clutch and destroy shit. Seen it happen on more then a few. Quote

In other machines there just fine. I just don't like hinsons crap bushings and backing plate. I caught the one on my girls bike just in time. I'll see if I can find a pic of it Quote

I have a Hinson spring loaded basket and have been happy with the 60-70 hrs I have on it. No issues so far. Quote
