no kick start no idle when pushed runs awesome... why?

My banshee WILL NOT kick start or Idle warm or cold but if its pushed, pulled off it runs like its got a turbo on it. the motoer is set up for dunes as I bought it on ebay because it was cheaper thab rebilding the blown one that I got it with. I also wanna make it run on pump gas. Any ideas?

post in repairs and mods...... it should have been fixed there, but you didn't do it in the right section, lol.   if you are sitting on the bike, lean left like you want to pull a hose off the fuel valve and you should see the little black box.  unplug that.   more trouble, post in the right section.
