Hard to say without you posting a picture. If you bent the stem I'd imagine that was a bad wreck.

Hard to believe only the stem was bent and nothing else on the bike.

Its been my experience that when your trying to finess a bike through a tight trail, hill or if your bikes getting away from you the twist throttle is unforgiving.  My quadzilla has one, it has quite a bit more tq than my 4 mil, and is a real bear to ride when in the tight stuff or technical.

i had it on a block an when i steered to the left the wheel went easily almost slapping a arm   the steering is off to the left also   must be the left tie rod?   an when i steer to the right its much more tight the right wheel that iis  it doesnt slap around an almost hit a arm like left side
