That would be the crows foot like Larry mentioned. They are finally pretty common in some tool suppliers and their catologs. I believe you have to do a little math for those to torque where you want, as the extension is like added leverage.

definatly you have to factor in the length of the adaptor or as larry calls it a crows foot, other wise your real torq will be off

I use Matco torque adapters. I have a set from 10-19mm.. i think it was $85. As far as torque wrench i have 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2, Snap On digi's with torque angle.
