Need help with timing

I have aftermarket Im guessing they call it a flywheel with no key way has anyone ever messed with one of these???????????:(:(:(

The timing plate looks similar to some of the exotic MSD setups I've seen. Do you have a picture of the coil(s) and a picture of the CDI or "box"? This is on a twin correct?

It is a twin motor I wont have any pics for till 8 still at work do you know if I can just get a another flywheel or does it have to be ftz msd setup

Also a couple of people told me to go back stock is that a good or bad idea

Have you contacted FTZ? They are still in business. Never had that thing on a bike in my hands, but I'd assume you need their flywheel or machine your own to match theirs. Are you only missing the key?

 

And.... OEM has proven it self. Many different crazes in ignition have came and went, while OEM is tried and true. Lotta fast bikes on stock stuff.

One of the guys I know told me the stock ignition is good he went 5.90 on stock ignition

Stock ignitions work great. I would just swap to all stock stuff.

Ya, they can be difficult to get ahold of. Maybe investigate the MSD set up or see if you can get in touch with a rep at MSD. Otherwise, your total loss system is a total loss.....
