What do y'all think about 16 tooth sprocket on a 4mill long rod ,bored & ported cylinders , power reeds, timing plate, cool head. ? Racing on asphalt & I have stock carbs what size jets you think would work with all of the above?

I have a stock stroke motor, and I use 16-42 gearing on asphalt. Tires are 20x8-10 AR sd 23. Motor makes about 65 horses.
