Rage_kage Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 (edited) I'm trimming the fat off my banshee and fixing little things before I get it powder coated, I was stumbling through google and seen a couple variations of the picture below. I'm not a frame builder or designer but does taking that brace out of the frame hurt the structural integrity in that section? Edited October 15, 2014 by Rage_kage Quote
jriffe23 Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 Thats a main cut for a drag bike. I wouldnt go too crazy if youre wanting to jump and such. 1 Quote
ETR174 Posted October 20, 2014 Report Posted October 20, 2014 You can definently get rid of the little mount that held the TORS next to where the coil mounts. Like jriffe said don't go crazy and shave too much off. Quote
do-work-son Posted October 20, 2014 Report Posted October 20, 2014 I have the main bar cut and the one in front of it. It's a dune bike. I jump it a bit and will hit whoops pretty hard. Might not be safe but never been a issue. Quote
