Maddoxc19 Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 What's the difference between pwk and pj?? Quote
trickedcarbine Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 Slide shape, choke circuit/idle, needle mount. Quote
Maddoxc19 Posted October 15, 2014 Author Report Posted October 15, 2014 How does one decide what ones to buy? Quote
trickedcarbine Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 By simply knowing that the PWK is superior. Maybe if, and only if you can get a killer deal on PJ's run them. They're pretty damn decent on trail or dune bikes Quote
jriffe23 Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 I've got a set of 34s. $200 shipped. Give me a shout if you want them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
BUILDER Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 PWK carbs are a little easier to work on than PJ carbs. I you are buying new I would go with PWK just because the idle is much easier to set and it is easy to figure out the jetting on them since most guys on here have a set on a bike or have ran a set on one of their bikes. 5150banshee Posted October 15, 2014 Report Posted October 15, 2014 You think a slide and spring from regular pwk will fit an air striker?I tried the one off my 39 pwk and looked like it closed all the way and would work fine, not 100 percent sure about it tho, you might be able to call keihn and ask. But your jetting will have to be adjusted. 1 Quote
