Starwriter Posted August 27, 2014 Report Share Posted August 27, 2014 Exactly as mentioned above. Asphalt is what grinds them down. Don't do burnouts, wheelies, or high speeds on asphalt. When you do have to ride on asphalt, try to avoid sharp turns, where 1 tire is slipping. Cranking the power on, on hard dirt surfaces will fold the paddles back and split them. I've ridden on pretty hard packed dirt, sand, really rocky sand, and the loading process on my driveway. Dunetigger Posted September 27, 2014 Report Share Posted September 27, 2014 The only problem I ever have in the sand is the bead will sometimes get some sand in between the wheel and it could start to leak a little air over time. other than that; DuneCat said it all 20 years and still kickin it in the sand..
