what jugs are going on it

Stock ported cylinders. Pics of the cylinders are in a thread I made about porting them.

The jugs are almost the size of the scribed lines on the case already. There won't be much material removed from them except for some shaping in the front of the primary transfer. Figured the way to do it would be to grind the case, mount the jugs and scribe them from inside the case, then grind the jugs.

And as you already know it gets thin in the corners. I've seen someone mess up and over port the transfers so the sealing areas don't even line up, had to epoxy up the cases down the side sealing areas

I would use the gasket to mark the cylinders, but it moves around too much. I know its going to be more of a pain to mark them on the case, but they don't move when seated on the dowels. Seemed the best way to get it all to match up.

Thanks for bringing up how thin it gets! I checked it out and if I were to bring it out to the line on the stator side, it would probably pop through. There is plenty of material everywhere else, so maybe I can get some weld in there just to beef it up.

Not worth the gains ( if even measurable).
