On my 421 drag ported cub with those carbs , i ran CEL needle , 152 mains , 48 pilots and 1 1/2 turns on the air screw. The air strikers is a richer carb it likes leaner jets . The air striker uses a # 4 rich slide vs the regular pwk uses a # 6 slide which is leaner. Also remember a bigger motor with smaller carb will draw more fuel through a smeller jet more efficiently vs a smaller motor.
