Is this a fake jersey?

I'm pretty convinced I was sold a fake nba swingman jersey on ebay, at first glances I was pretty convinced it was real as it looks fairly good and it wasn't that cheap compared to the Chinese sellers.

 

I have some pictures of the Oklahoma top I bought against my sons nba store lakers jersey.

 

The first thing that drew my attention was the labels as they don't seem to same colour or material, the removed ones are from my sons jersey.

 

 

Another was the way the nba badge was sewn

 

 

The name and number material is ever so slightly different, as well as the neck tags.

 

The seller assured me when questioned that they were real and that the one he sold maybe different as it was from the USA, but that's where I got the lakers one from the nba store.

 

He said I could return it, I just wanted a second opinion before I did.

The guy refunded me some money, and I kept it. I got it for less than half the price and to look at it you wouldn't think it was fake.

 

I just don't like being mis-sold stuff.
