3+2 or 4+1

Have +2 a arms and mostly trail ride. Fixin to order wheels. Wondering which is better for steering effort and comfort ? 3+2 or 4+1

Don't get your front end to wide or it will make trails rough but I like my rear end narrow in the trails so I can whip the ass end around easier

4-1 wheels will have less steering effort and will be more comfortable.

 

Be sure to run a steering stabilizer as well.

I use both baja 4+1 fronts and baja 3+2 rears. As said above, you will notice less steering effort and alot less bump steer also less leverage on your ball joints. I mostly ride trails in the mountains and i wouldn't want any other offset. I didn't want a quad that's way too wide and stupid to steer around. I think mine is perfect for what i need to do.

 

Get some good shocks as well.

I have a tusk axle set at its widest adjustment with Baja 3+2 rears. Just wasn't sure what spacing to get on front. Looks like ill be ordering 4+1 bajas. Thanks guys. Oh yea have works triple rates for

I have the same axle. I use the big spacer on the inside and the small one on the outside. Made the bike pretty well square, maybe a c-hair narrower in the rear.

Play around with it to find what you like.

I did use one, until I broke it a while back. 

 

Was just a streamline type stick cheapo one. Not bad, but ill get a puck style one day probably.

i bought a set of stellars +2 s of hq facebook page.   works triple rates up front, stock rear for now ( soon to be revalved)   + 3 swingarm

Well just looked at rears again. They are 3.0+6.0 from rocky mtn

Just run those then and play with the axle width when it's all together.
