That is very interesting. I did the leak Down at 5psi and held 30 min. Did a leak down at 7psi and held 30 min. Got curious and went to 9psi and leaked instantly on top of one of the power valves. The exhaust leak has me curious. I did notice it was making an unusual mess on the motor. Dunes where ruff as hell.

Subscribed. Been thinking about how much leaking pipe orings would affect jetting. I have a similar issue myself and was trying to rule out all posibilities

This issue is odd for sure. If it were lean from a leak he wouldn't be dumping fuel out the pipes. Did your powerjet adjuster back out? It could have something to do with temp and humidity, but they would have to change drastically for it to just fall on its face over half throttle. What does your spark look like with the plug out and someone kicking. Could be bad grounds.
