oldskool Posted April 27, 2014 Report Posted April 27, 2014 Your suppose to put those in when you seal cases. You really, really need to leak test that motor before you run it Quote
TwistedMethods Posted April 27, 2014 Author Report Posted April 27, 2014 Oh no I torqued the bottom bolts when I used the sealent Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
TroyBrock Posted April 27, 2014 Report Posted April 27, 2014 You really should split them again and redo your seal, you can't just seal one part of the engine and not the other. asking for problems doing that Quote

blast off Posted April 28, 2014 Report Posted April 28, 2014 Yeah your shooting in the dark if youve never worked on a banshee or dont have a manual. Better to have a manual and just know where everything goes than have to take it apart and mix and match stuff. Also, a waaaaaay lower chance of failure with a manual lol. Everyone on here is very helpful but no website is gonna tell you what to do step by step or bolt by bolt and if they did it would take forever. Good luck with your rebuild, sounds like its gonna be a fun bike. Quote
Larry's Shee Posted April 28, 2014 Report Posted April 28, 2014 Birchwood Casey gun scrubber is only thin I know will disolve 3bond on cases. May be something else, dunno. Quote
