Tyler James Inc Posted April 2, 2014 Report Posted April 2, 2014 Yeah I would have him add a roller before I bolted a tensioner on. Anyway, sorry for the thread-jack OP. Sent from a porta potty. Quote
locogato11283 Posted April 2, 2014 Report Posted April 2, 2014 Really, I figured a sprung chain tensioner, like the one Chariot sells, would be head and shoulders above running rollers alone. I don't like the way they look and you're adding more moving parts. I understand the point of them but I've never had any use for one. Quote
Coupelx Posted April 2, 2014 Report Posted April 2, 2014 I've considered ditching the top one as it rarely lasts more than a season. Trying out the alba rollers this time so we will see. Quote
ROAD RUNNER24 Posted April 11, 2014 Report Posted April 11, 2014 (edited) I have a 87 Banshee and I'm not sure how many rollers I need or have. I know about the chain guide on the rear sprocket. I know about the roller that goes around the swingarm, but nothing more. Pictures would help a lot. Edited April 11, 2014 by ROAD RUNNER24 Quote
ROAD RUNNER24 Posted April 18, 2014 Report Posted April 18, 2014 (edited) Anyone? Edited April 18, 2014 by ROAD RUNNER24 Quote
special06shee Posted April 18, 2014 Report Posted April 18, 2014 2. Mount to frame above and below pivot tube. Quote
