ZILLAKILLA
I am just wondering if I should revalve my stock rear shock. It's from an 02 banshee. I put a heavier spring on it already for my weight (215lbs.) and got a +4 swingarm and never revalved the bike. Stock rear shock does not handle that great I know but I need all I can get out of this one until I can get new one... The guy at repair shop said doesn't matter if I revalved it or not and that it would not change much...I don't think that's right so I just wanted some more opinions. Thanks.... 2004LEBanshee
That setup is fine. Id just save or an aftermarket shock down the road.
jbooker82
If your wanting to upgrade the stock shock then I would do a Race Tech Gold valve. I was going to go this way on my raptor, but I bit the bullet and got an Elka Stage 3 and Long Travel linkage.
