29L is a stock stroke and a 110 rod, 29M is a 115 rod,  but a 2T2 rod is from a 1977 to 1979 RD 400 road bike and is 115 mm long

I was just refering to rod lengths and the odd 2T2 rod, that paticular rod has (I believe) a different oiling slot for the bottom bearing and was not intended to run as high of RPM or as hard as a Banshee is run so if thats the rod he's using it is 115mm long but may not be the best choice for a banshee.

I found out that the 2T2 rod has a 20mm OD upper rod end where a Banshee will be 21 so a Banshee wrist pin bearing will not go in the rod you must use Yamaha RD400 bearings!! not a good scenario to be in.
