Ive used this set up on a stock swinger for ice track oval racing, worked amazing. i also bolted it onto my plus 4 but never ran the bike with it on. Seemed to sit fine. Id say it probably lowers the bike 3-4 inches from stock and definatly stiffens things up. Quote
