If not just replace it IMO Brand new head gasket and torqued it to spec. Just did compression check and the left side cylinder is slowly loosing pressure... Is this an indication the gasket is tost? It will run for about 10 minutes then start puking out anything in the res. once that's empty it stops.. mossontte Posted February 8, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 8, 2014 just put new head gasket kit in... gotta wait for my jets to arrive then i will refill with fluid and test out... BTW, took off water pump plate and it seemed to work just fine when kicking the bike over.. Do you think the bike could be running so lean that it would make the coolant boil?? the plugs and cylinder looked nice and milky brown...
