Want to swap JJ&A Hillshooter axle shaft for Play axle shaft

As the title says:  I have a JJ&A rear axle setup for a hillshooter.  I want a play setup.  Mine is 28" long and I believe the play shaft is 34" long.  Everything else is the same.  I just want to swap axle shafts.  I have a hillshooter shaft and I want a "play" shaft.

Here is a pic of my axle shaft.  It looks like my key slots for brake and sprocket are shorter.  Does anyone know if they changed this design?
