editing topic title

i cant seem to edit topic title it just gives me the option to delete this topic not edit it? Is there a time limit as to editing a post topics or am i just not doing something correctly?

In your original post..

 

Click 'Edit' down at the bottom...

 

Then at the bottom of the editor screen click 'Use Full Editor.'

 

At the very top of that editor screen is where the Topic Title box is..

 

You should be able to edit there.
