Ok so most guys on here say to run the tors removal kit, but my question is can you unhook all of the tors connections and run it in this manner without buying the kit with a new cable and tops or will this not work? I am wondering this because i want to not have to worry about the tors giving me problems in the upcoming riding season and i do not want to purchase a kit just yet, thanks.

I do not agree with the "it makes jetting easier" thing about tors removal.. I did mine as I was under that belief, and convinced of the future possible issues.

I think it'd be just fine with em. If they give probs, then worry about it.

Jetting I think only gets easier if u remove the air box and run pods. I still run a box without lid mostly, and it's still a pain in the ass to change jets.. But honestly once u get jetting dead on, u change it for temp and elevation if severe enough change.

I put lid on air box in winter and don't change anything anymore. But, I guess if u are constantly pissing with jetting, then remove tors, and eliminate air box.. Other wise run it till u have issues..
