1CrazyBastard Posted December 15, 2013 Report Posted December 15, 2013 Right carb over flow tube leaks fuel when running, floats seem to be set properly, don't know what else it could be.. Well sounds to me like one of three things either the float is "not" set properly , there is trash / debris under the needle seat holding it off its seat and causing the fuel to continue to flow or the needle itself is worn and needs to be replaced . tdod101 Posted December 15, 2013 Author Report Posted December 15, 2013 Hmmm. Okay good advice, I will check all 3 tomorrow, (double check float level) Quote
joey83 Posted December 15, 2013 Report Posted December 15, 2013 Shake the float and make sure theres nothing sloshing inside of it. It can only be- needle, seat, float, or float height. Quote
Nightmare Posted December 15, 2013 Report Posted December 15, 2013 Pound that shit with a hammer. Quote
wayne_smith97 Posted December 15, 2013 Report Posted December 15, 2013 Pull the floats outs and use a q tip and toothpaste to Clean the seat then make sure there is no grooving or wear on the float needle. Then set the floats to 21mm Quote
tdod101 Posted December 15, 2013 Author Report Posted December 15, 2013 Thanks for the help guys, used the q tip trick, there was a bit of sand stuck in the seat so I gave it a cleaning and it doesn't leak anymore, Sweeeet Quote
