How does this compare to a "strut" style support on a big motor?

This is far more solid in my opinion. It also looks cleaner.

 

I've got a ton of time on these things since I designed them. I've never had an issue.

solved all my sprocket eating issues.... well worth the money even though i had to pay $100 for mine... tyler said it was a limited run and only a few badasses would own them. now guys flipping burgers can be cool!

Lol made a run of 10pcs and using different tooling to mill the part paster hence the cost reduction. They work well and people can benefit from them, time for me to step it up and do my part to make them reasonable to purchase.

You weren't even making enough power to need one.

i had the noodle chassis remember? that slow 120hp pos kept twisting in the chassis even with 4 engine washers and would cause the chain to break teeth off of the sprocket. and yes i had one....

momma wants to trade the pontoon for a sxs this spring. idk about a banshee though. i guess if one falls in my lap and all my other irons are out of the fire....

notice i turned the bolts around? more surface area=less wear i also polished the bolt head smooth so the markings didn't dig into the expensive support cover. just throwing that out there....
