What do you want it to do? Get your manual out and read about adjusting it...

I don't have a manual yet.

 

I "assumed" it stiffened up the rear end when turn.

 

I'll look for a manual right now.

One on the top is for compression. It has markings as to what direction to turn it. The bottom is rebound. I believe you turn it clockwise as if you were looking at the shock upside down to increase rebound dampening (slow the shock down)

So all the manual did was confirm that my knob doesn't do any thing.

You can turn it all way one way and it does not change any characteristic of how the rear end compresses.

 

Do they make a kit to fix this, or so I have to send it to someone?
