OK.  Clutch is fried on a "new to me" shee.  Mods are ported stock cylinders, aftermarket carbs, T5's and +6 in the rear.  I'm in between jobs right now,.. so looking for a affordable fix.  What is the Tusk clutch like?  45 bucks compared to the $175 for a Hinson.  Will a Tusk hold up for a while with my setup?  Or any other suggestions?

I am far from broke and can afford any clutch on the market... just being frugile while lookiing.

Hinson is over priced. The two kits on the market that will come with the most re commendations will be the FAST clutch, and the Driveline clutch. Both will suffice and both are great companies to deal with.

There is a tusk in my girls bike. It has 2 seasons on it, I have only adjusted the lever once.

She is pretty rough on it too, she slip that thing out the hole and really heat it up. Have had no issues at all

If I recall correctly from one of your past threads, you're in Wichita ks. If so, swing by JSR perfromance. They stock a clutch kit identical to FAST's and if your steels are good they can sell you just the fibers to save even more. Plus once said and done you will have a pretty stout clutch.
