Can someone tell me what setting(ohms) that my meter needs to be in to test coil and stator

Rx1 for primary coil

RX1,000 secondary coil

I dont have those settings. i have 200,2k,20k,200k,2M,20M.

Im sure your saying if i set it on the lowest ohm load that i can watch the decimal point between .26 and .38 and i will find out right
