banshee_blue_98 Posted November 3, 2003 Report Posted November 3, 2003 I was having a problem with me banshee not hitting right on the left side. I found the problem out to be a minor clogged idle jet. It has always started just fine until recently. I went out to start it and it wouldn't hit at all. After i had it pull started it was fine. Whenever its warm it really don't have a problem starting, but after it is cooled off, or if its the first start of the day, it won't hit at all. This problem has never happened except now. I am clueless on the problem. If any one has any suggestions at all, i am ready to hear them. Also, if anyone can help me with more low end power. Thanks. Quote
cb67rs1 Posted November 3, 2003 Report Posted November 3, 2003 check your compression. you could have a cylinder going down. Quote
Banchetta Posted November 3, 2003 Report Posted November 3, 2003 That was my first thought also. Check your compression. Low compression will cause hard starting when cold and no bottom end power..... Quote
banshee_blue_98 Posted November 4, 2003 Author Report Posted November 4, 2003 I thought low compression would give me a loss in power all over? I will definately check it though. My top end is strong Quote
