How can i get dull plastics back to new condition

Sand and clear coat

penutt butter, sand it with 800 grit sand paper then buff it( they way i did mine) buy some new ones, use a blow torch that also works, put it on low dencity and go over the plastics slowly and you can see it come back shiny, use a heat gun takes longer than a blow torch but if thats all you got then go for it,

thats what i used, then i rented a buffer that plugs into your air compresser, the ones they use to buff paint, hope this helps bro

wet sand, buff, polish... and wallah

So do i just smear the peanut butter on the plastics then sand the peanut into the plastic..... sounds alittle out there
