my parking brake will not enguage hard enof to keep the bike from rolling what should i do to fix it to make it work properly

it`s useless anyway. adjustment always fails. use a zip tie on the front brake to keep it from rolling.

Don't park pointed downhill. Even this old caveman can figuire that out. Parking brakes are for

I've never had a parking brake on any quad that was worth a damn. Really the beat and easiest fix is put bike in gear, take all that crap off and junk it. 

You can take caliper apart, clean all parts up and adjust bolt and cable
