alky

Lots of people do. If you dragrace the advantages are more power when properly built and less heat. Also alky is quite a bit cheaper per gallon BUt if you are a duner who rides and not drags constantly your fuel usage will be much more. Fuel consumption is going to be close to double the alky usage vs gas.

methanol burns 2.74 times faster then gasoline

Wrong. I can tell you from experience, burning grass out of the cracks in the sidewalk with methanol, that it burns slower than gas.

That's also why it makes more power. You get a long steady push on the top of the piston, instead of a quick bang and it's all over.

Yep, you pour methanol on the grass in the sidewalk crack all the way down the street. Light it on 1 end and count 1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi... til the fire gets to the other end. The grass gives the flame color so you can see it.

first you need a flux capacitor. Then you have to find marty mcfly to jockey the bike back in time so you can learn what needs to be done to run alky.

Lmao, that's funny:lol:

drilled cap or big holed billet cap, pingle fuel valve, big fuel lines, carbs set up for alky ( preferably lectrons so you can ride and not have to pull your hair out from jetting issues) a very very strong ignition, stock works fine but you need to make sure its all in good shape. plugs gapped to 18 tho. and preferably alky domes ( but gas domes usually work ok.  alky domes made correctly actually work well on gas also. to do alky well a lot of timing is needed.  with lectrons, and dyna you can actually switch to gas very very easily and quickly .  a dyna with a gas map and an alky map  flip a switch, change to gas needles, ride. this process can be done easily in about 10-15 minutes. if you want to run both
