bansheegoon Posted May 24, 2013 Report Posted May 24, 2013 Stoned again (medical card in Oregon) I don't want to know if I can port each side differently, this time its why does my bmx have big sprocket front small in rear apposed to my "banshee". Or any quad. Small in front big in rear. Only thing I can think is flexing forces on rear swinger would be harder to keep the chain on or a larger sprocket in front would put more side forces on the bearing on the output of the tranny maybe cause the inner race to walk out. I told you not to click! Anybody know or am I spot on with my thoughts Quote
06BCBANSHEE Posted May 24, 2013 Report Posted May 24, 2013 don't blame weed for your stupidity. Quote
bansheegoon Posted May 24, 2013 Author Report Posted May 24, 2013 Don't blame yourself for clicking this thread Quote
06BCBANSHEE Posted May 24, 2013 Report Posted May 24, 2013 im no engine expert, but no don't port each cylinder differently lol Quote
bansheegoon Posted May 24, 2013 Author Report Posted May 24, 2013 You weren't around for that. I get some good laughs out of this forum Quote
Yellashee Posted May 24, 2013 Report Posted May 24, 2013 Well honestly I think the only reason it is the way it is from a bmx to an atv. Is simply because a well built, very athletic guy only puts out about 1/2 horsepower, and turning a sprocket that small up front would be miserable. Ever ridden a 26 speed? Quote
Yellashee Posted May 24, 2013 Report Posted May 24, 2013 I may be completely fucking off on that statement, but it's what makes sense to me. I did the whole race bike thing with my step dad, that shit is gay and it hurts. Quote
Nightmare Posted May 24, 2013 Report Posted May 24, 2013 You make pot look bad. X1000000000000 Sent from my SGH-T679 using Tapatalk 2 Quote
joey83 Posted May 24, 2013 Report Posted May 24, 2013 You make pot look bad. This is what I was thinking. I was also thinking why the fuck did I click on this? Your legs pedal 75 rpm's so your Huffy is over driven. Your banshee spins 10,000 rpm's so it's under driven. Quote
