nightmarebanshee Posted April 15, 2013 Author Report Posted April 15, 2013 and also to give a better idea of what its doing...if i go in the garage and hold the front brakes and gas it..it spins the rear tires but not like it should lol and we all.know how slick the garage floors are lol might sound silly but it should rip on that floor Quote
RadarRacing Posted April 15, 2013 Report Posted April 15, 2013 Yes , jetting can cause that. Pilot, needle , mainjet can cause that. Quote
nightmarebanshee Posted April 15, 2013 Author Report Posted April 15, 2013 280 main stock pilot and i cant remember what the needle is set at Quote
nightmarebanshee Posted April 15, 2013 Author Report Posted April 15, 2013 thanks once i get my a arms ill be able to do it Quote
RadarRacing Posted April 15, 2013 Report Posted April 15, 2013 If it bogs in 1st gear its pretty far off. Quote
thomas h. Posted April 15, 2013 Report Posted April 15, 2013 Also your carb sync and float level(remove gasket and measure 21mm) Quote
nightmarebanshee Posted April 15, 2013 Author Report Posted April 15, 2013 it doesnt really bog and die it just doesnt completly open up like it should until im on flat ground then it rips...its just weird how it wont spin real quick on that slick garage floor or climb a hill Quote
nightmarebanshee Posted April 15, 2013 Author Report Posted April 15, 2013 great...lol i dunno ill mess with the air screw some Quote
J-Madd Posted April 16, 2013 Report Posted April 16, 2013 I agree to adjust the air screw. You shouldn't need bigger pilots with that setup. Make damn sure the carbs are sync'd. That can cause that. Quote
