FWIW I run 44 Lectrons on alky, pe1 needles on a similar cc motor (way different bore/stroke combo). You might get away with 48s, but the tuning may be more difficult as you probably know.

 

Thanks for sharing the information. K&T runs the same combo motor for their record bike. I'm sure we don't have a set-up copy, LOL! They use 46 lectrons & that's probably what we will run.

 

I don't know shit about lectrons. I thought the pe1 needles were gas needles?

I just watched a video of UR 7 mil cub and damn that bike is fast also another thing the launch limiter sounds sick on it .... If u don't mind me asking what kind is it ?

It's a feature on the Dyna programmable ignition.

I talked with Randy today & they want to set-up our bike as close as they can to their record bike with the same motor.

Thanks for the kind words on the 7 cub. It caught many people by surprise & even more when they found out it was on race gas. We have another set of cylinders as fast or faster than the ones I sold.

Our specific new 10mm DMX/chassis results was: 2nd place in 576-650 limited 2 stroke, semi finals in 651-775 limited 2 stroke with Angel riding. In bracket we went 4 rds. with a slight miscalculation from the rider & 2nd place in Pro Index with my other Son Justin riding.

 

We received our Runner-Up Plaque & money today from the BAKO Drags. Congrats again to both of my sons for a fine job of racing. I don't know why we didn't get anything for Runner-Up in Pro Index.
