Torreyg123 Posted April 5, 2013 Report Posted April 5, 2013 I Hit the Corner of a Stump Sunday, While Riding the Trails ans Bent my Front Rim. Its right on the lip and now i have a slow leak. My question is it possible to fix it myself or should i just try an find a New Rim. they look like the Stock Alum Wheel. Quote
So Cal Suspension Posted April 5, 2013 Report Posted April 5, 2013 If it's just a stock wheel, I'd just get a new one, but if you bent the rim pretty bad, I would check for other bent stuff. You might be okay though. If it was an expensive aluminum wheel, there is a company called US Wheels Remanufacturing that can fix bent aluminum rims. They do all of our sand car and race truck wheels. Quote
sheerider11 Posted April 5, 2013 Report Posted April 5, 2013 I've beaten rims back into shape. It dosent look pretty, but it'll hold air for the time being Quote
