hoppedupandcutdown Posted March 27, 2013 Report Posted March 27, 2013 maybe you need a new hose clamp? Quote

hoppedupandcutdown Posted March 28, 2013 Report Posted March 28, 2013 Do you have an overflow bottle? Do you ride steep down hill often? if so, common problem with the stock setup. Quote
yamahaman244 Posted March 28, 2013 Author Report Posted March 28, 2013 I do have a overflow bottle and no I've been just riding the roads to much snow up here! Never did this before I put new impeller in Quote
hoppedupandcutdown Posted March 28, 2013 Report Posted March 28, 2013 Check the seal on your radiator cap, and the fill neck, any small piece of debris will cause it not to seal. Or just a bad cap. Quote
yamahaman244 Posted March 28, 2013 Author Report Posted March 28, 2013 How would I be able to tell the caps bad Quote
possum Posted March 28, 2013 Report Posted March 28, 2013 the rubber seal will be brittle, cracked, ripped etc... it needs to seal to the radiator. Quote
