What are these carbs and should I run this Trinity head?

They're Mikuni carbs with power jets. All I've ever know are stock, PJ's. and PWK's. What are these??? Should I run these on my 4mil stock cylinder motor or go with PWK's? Will measure them tonight.

I've also got this Trinity head with a damaged dome. Should I run it or ditch it and buy a NOSS/Chariot head? Just looking for some opinions.

I would ditch the head for sure mainly cause domes are not interchangeable, and as for the carbs I like the pwk carbs more so they would be my pick but you already have the carbs so that is your call.. I also dont like power jets unless your a drag racer but thats just my opinion

Yep, mikuni TM's. you have to measure throat to see what size. They look to be at least 34mm or larger

nothing wrong with the carbs.  also with the pj's you can run a smaller main jet adn the fine tune with the jets.  you need to0 check them tho unless you know the history they MAY be alcohol carbs..   

 

the head..  the domes are specific for that head and no to many like to recut blanks for them.  BUT  being you need them for a stock cylinder 4 mill?  you could have the domes recut for the stroke and probably run them no problem.   other than that  the head is a good design.  i'd just toss it on ebay and hope for the best then buy a NOSS or mattoon or chariot etc.  then have custom domes made for it.

Mikuni TM's? Thanks guys! I will study up since I dont know anything about powerjets. At all! Im going to be taking my cylinders to Jim at Passion in a few days and will ask him more. The carbs were on this parts bike. I have no reason to believe it was running alcohol but I have no idea. It did have 19cc domes. Is there any clues that I should look for to determine if it was alcohol?

What should I ask for that head??

whats the carbs worth??

I may just sell both and go NOSS and PWK's.
