Hazzard Racing Customs Posted March 8, 2013 Report Posted March 8, 2013 It's just a new head It helps with cooling and yes you can use it on a stock motor Quote
trickedcarbine Posted March 8, 2013 Report Posted March 8, 2013 A new HEAD typically allows you to tailor the domes (combustion chamber) to your specific needs. It will give you a bump in compression and if they are done by a knowledgable builder they will help out with a more efficient combustion of the fuel and air. You can have domes cut for your desired fuel whether it is pump fuel, race gas, or Alky. Even though a lot of guys call them cool heads, they don't actually cool very much. A few heads out there are designed for better water flow, but even then not that much cooler. Quote
