Thats what is confusing, It ran great yesterday now it wont run for shit. Changed plugs on rebuild choke cross over tube is connected as well....im lost here

OK so just did a rebuild about a month ago. bored .010 over and ran great never had problems. Was riding around the yard yesterday and it started to run a little bad and it was a little cold so i put it away. Today its 60 degrees and it runs like shit and took a million kicks just to get it going. WTF is wrong with it it wont idle on its own and when i drive it around the yard(like second gear) it does the bumm bumm bluhhh bum barely running. What the hells wrong?

Could i use like a wire splicer thing. It basically clamps on tho the wire and cuts thru the wire casing into the wire itself and when you close it it connects the two wires. Would that work?

So the 2 wires that plug into the key im assuming? Easiest way would be to splice them ?

HI i was wondering how to get a banshee to be able to start without the key plugged in? On my snowmobile all you need to do is unplug it so i tried that but no luck...any help is appreciated!

Not sure but, if you want to get rid of the tors for it to work properly youll need to buy the T.O.R.S eliminator kit, if you hook up all wires that you cut it should run fine, Best guess is hook up green and yellow wires back up. Maybe TPS is fried? Not sure sorry man

Ok so both of my exhaust pipes leak where it connects to the headers. There toomey t6s with silencers and ive changed the o rings atleast 5 times and still, its leaking that sticky black crap and its all over. Running 220s if that helps, and yes im going to change them during my rebuild right now to about 270s. Any idea why it may be leaking??

im runnin 220 mains if that helps...im goin to switch them to 270s when i finish my rebuild

it leaks all the way down to the bottom of the engine

OK so i have toomey t6s and they leak that sticky black shit like something fierce by where the exhaust connects to the headers and ive changed the o rings there atleast 5 times and it still leaks. any help?

stock cyl its a pain in the ass and i want to get it tighter i dont think its down to spec

Anybody know an easy way to tighten the nut on the cylinders thats in the middle of the two cylinders?

they are leaking pretty bad and from were the float bowl gets put on the body of the carb, maybe bad gaskets, and no the over flows on the side are not behind the engine just stock about 2 inch tubes

Ok well i was wondering if i need to rebuild my carbs or whats going on because both of them are leaking and leaving behind this gritty dark colored paste behind and it builds up over time. Any help is appreciated!

Was thinking a bout getting a tors eliminator kit. I am more than condifident about installing the caps. However i rather would not like to drill and tap the side for the idle screws, are they really necessary to install the idle screws?

well i was wondering what a new head cover does? like with 21 cc domes or other sizes but what are some pros and cons of doing so ??? what do you all need to get to use a new head cover? can you use one on a stock motor? i have a .020 over banshee with t6 exhaust and a pro design air filter. stock rods. could i use a head cover on this shee? lemme know what you guys think
