drizzyB Posted February 14, 2013 Report Posted February 14, 2013 Hi Im new to the forum and i had just started a top end rebuild on my banshee. It go to my profile to get info on the machine. But heres my problem im not new to building 2 stroke i was big into dirt bikes prior to having a banshee. My studs the come out of the case are literally refusing to come out i used the bolt to bolt trick i tried just about ever thing i could. So i took it to my local machine shop and he cant get them out cause he cant get the motor in the rite position on the mill. WHAT DO I DO DOES ANYONE KNOW MOTOR BUILDERS IN THE MIDEST AREA SPECIFICALLY WISCONSIN !!!!! Or a solution that would work Quote

drizzyB Posted February 14, 2013 Author Report Posted February 14, 2013 Why are you removing the case studs? well im going to go the vitos 397 kit route i already have a +4 mill crank but the vitos kit come with new studs but i dont quite think the kroil will work and i broke one off in the process of the bolt to bolt idea FML!!! is there any banshee motor builders in the wisconsin, minnesota areaa Quote

Hope I dont break the one that is bent. yea i know rite be care and if i where you i would do the acetone mixed with atf and let it sit for atleast an hour then try the bolt to bolt but do it very carefully but on my end please help PEEPS!!!
