Seems like it by the sounds of it, its looking like a 1500-3000 dollar build. It would be great if i could find a complete 4 mil for sale, but the chances are slim.

Hey guys been gone a while, i actually have a gt500 i wanted to take care of everything with that first cause it was the more expensive project and it killed my bank account. But heres the deal a while back i went to tear down my motor and cases. Well now im finally getting a close look at it and it seems that my 4 mil crank is bad theres of 2 cenimeters of play left to right. Im pretty sure of it cause one of the cylinders has serious scoring. But heres what i have that is good. Cool Head tranny parts are great and clutch good case good carbs Other then That im pretty much going to need everything else what do you think this will set me back.

So im rebuilding the top end on my shee and am puzzled with what to go with i previously had a vitos 397, 4 mil, VFORCE Reeds, Cool head 19cc domes, Pro design timing plate and 34 mikunis. Im keeping everything but the top end dew to the ring blew and fucked up the sleeve and one of the domes and pistons where nasty. Im wanting to get the cheetah cub set but who and where would i get the best deal and hp for my money trinity? passion? whats good

I got some used cylinders there vitos 397s so 66mm bore but theres scoring on one of the sleeves 150obo pm me will send pics

Need front and rear shocks for my banshee elkas or works but wouldnt mind some fresh stockers for now. PM me

on the top of the piston this is what it says first #s 22203-4, second set is letters wich say WSM Third says S50-520F-6650

Are you willing to get rid of the shocks?

just to confirm what size drill bit and tap would i use?

i only broke one but when i tooke off the jugs the studs the self just dont look to hot like the threads ill take a few pics tho

shit Your RITE!! I just actually seen that the studs i have are not in the greatest condition so what should i do

yea i know rite be care and if i where you i would do the acetone mixed with atf and let it sit for atleast an hour then try the bolt to bolt but do it very carefully but on my end please help PEEPS!!!

well im going to go the vitos 397 kit route i already have a +4 mill crank but the vitos kit come with new studs but i dont quite think the kroil will work and i broke one off in the process of the bolt to bolt idea FML!!! is there any banshee motor builders in the wisconsin, minnesota areaa

Kroil?? lol i have no idea what that is, im in the la crosse area i kinda didnt spell things rite in that post cause i was raging lol. I just picked up my bottom end from the machine shop and he couldnt do anything ?

Hi Im new to the forum and i had just started a top end rebuild on my banshee. It go to my profile to get info on the machine. But heres my problem im not new to building 2 stroke i was big into dirt bikes prior to having a banshee. My studs the come out of the case are literally refusing to come out i used the bolt to bolt trick i tried just about ever thing i could. So i took it to my local machine shop and he cant get them out cause he cant get the motor in the rite position on the mill. WHAT DO I DO DOES ANYONE KNOW MOTOR BUILDERS IN THE MIDEST AREA SPECIFICALLY WISCONSIN !!!!! Or a solution that would work
