deuce sounds like its gonna be a ripper I would definitly like to see the pics 2 before he puts it back together. I will have mine back probally nov 15th I will definitly get some pics to post durring my rebuild.I am hoping for high 80's in hp #'s :) to the other guy who said 59.5 hp is a reachable # yes this is true but 80hp is much more fun :) I want to be in the front off the pack not just the contender :) what cc will your bike be after the 4mm duece ????  I am going to try 15x38 gearing I dont like going that high in front I like the case saver there

hey thats a good point on the gearing chase....jims saying 80 hp, he's recomending going from my PC's to CPI in frames im wondering if theyll work for MX since im all over my bike on the track, dont wanna leg burner, your going to run turner hi rev's?, ill be at 370cc, what carbs are you gonna use, im going with 34's, jims going to rig them back to my stock box for my single K&N, and aslo do all the cabling for my twist throttle, jim adds 2 ports to the intake, should just haul ass and im with you between my chassis and suspension mods, ill get alot of that power to the ground and be able to hang on although we will both need to learn to ride allover again (lol) it should just be a blast, im coming off 60hp, with my trinity bike im thinking 80+ is going to be like night and day over 60....

cool thank you jim..will you take some pics of my jugs after you do your thing?.......and whats the advantage of going 410 like chase is, seems like youd have to get a new sleeve or bore her to the hilt, i know trinity wanted to bore my jugs way out for an extra cc or 2 and i told them not too, so i could do a rebuild or two down the road, oh jim i never asked you about advanceing my timeing on this motor? im thinking i wont need to but if you think i should throw a timing plate on her as well, im looking into the cpi pipe tip, i just wanna make sure ill have some leg room cause im all over my bike, with a -2 arm you tend to have to ride her a bit more than kicking back on a stock bike thats just spinning around.......thanks [email protected] jim will you post what your doing to my motor for the guys to see id like to get opinions, you know you come so highly recommended from David at Noss, and im glad i get to get a pair of his new domes........thanks again......jim

Blue Duece the route with the 370 795 series pistons is definately more economical and makes BIG power if done correctly. 410 is cool as well but much more money and I think you will have your hands full as it is!...Later, when and if you get a itch for more let me know and we can do something like that. Pics on the board...Im a bit reluctant to do that..not sure if that is in my best interest..Hope you understand. It's just that my stuff doesn't look like most of what you see and there is definately a reason for that....Jim

i hear ya jim, i get interviewed all the time guys asking me how i made a record sound so phat and clean, my response is "if i told you you could do it"...i would like to see what you did though, and wont post your tricks, and understand that perfictly, i was winning races with my trinity bike so im sure an extra 20 ponies will come in handy, a 410 might be when i want to just really play hard with her, but as you probally have allready surmised im not that intrested in economy. what about timing? advanced or not?......

thank you jim ...just let me know what i owe you........i viewed the pics of your work, jesus thats gorgeous, i can see how this motor will just rip, i need to send david a thank you note for hooking me up, and ill do a review of how your motor ripped my arms from there sockets, my friends at action are excited also, they send alot of work to ted at mission but bitch about his turn around time, you might just get some biz from them they handle all the high desert work.........
