I see a ton of ppl running spindle mount wheels nowdays. I know they look 10x better and are lighter, but are they worth the money and how much do they actually help on shaving weight? Especially since 50% of the ppl Ihave seen still run front brakes.

they do make at least one spindle mount with the ability to mount a rotor to, can't remember which one, but most dont.  i think most do it for looks or just because, but weight savings would be a benefit too.  but thinking about it, you don't HAVE to have spindle mounts to not run front brakes, so you can't fairly add that into the savings.  i would be curious how much lighter a set of stock lightened hubs like wheelman does with some buffed fronts on douglas blue labels would be over some spindle mounts.

Shit thats kinda what I was thinkin. But how much can one lighten stock front hubs? Hell might as well just ditch the front brakes and call it good.
