banshee not running on both cylinders

i have a problem and need some help.  My banshee will not run on the right cylinder. I checked and it gets spark on both sides and if I switch plug wires nothing changes.  I also switched the fuel lines making the left carb running the right cylinder and it did not make a  difference.  Any ideas what to check.  I just got it back together from doing a new top end new reeds and a cool head. Thanks in advance.

I just realized I didn't change the carbs just checked for fuel. It did seem that there was more fuel in the right carb.  If it gets too much fuel would it not allow it to run on that cylinder.

check for pluged jets and if float is sticking was the spark plug wet when you pulled it out? check compression?

compression test both cylinders. check jets and check for bent needle.
